9月22日，*ST和科（002816）发布公告，控股股东赋颍智科持有的150万股股份被司法冻结，占其所持股份的9.38%和公司总股本的1.50%。
此次股份冻结的原因是赋颍智科与瑞和成之间的未结债权债务争议，涉案金额约为2999万元，法院已受理该诉讼。
截至公告披露日，赋颍智科累计被冻结股份数量为937万股，占其所持股份的58.59%和公司总股本的9.37%。
2026年中期，*ST和科实现收入8766万元，归母净利润-1829万元。
