9月22日，万里扬（002434）发布公告，财务总监张雷刚因工作调整辞职，之后仍将担任公司董事及董事会秘书。
同时，公司聘任施宇琼为新任财务总监，还聘任钱寿光为内部审计部门负责人，任期均至第六届董事会任期结束。
2026年中期，万里扬实现收入19.58亿元，归母净利润7034万元。
