格隆汇9月22日丨江南高纤(600527.SH)公布，公司与江南化纤签订房屋租赁合同，续租位于江苏省苏州市相城区黄埭镇春秋路8号江南大厦14-20层作为办公场所，租赁面积合计10,000平方米（含乙方应分摊的附属通道、公共设施等公摊面积），租期10年，租金合计为2,040万元。
