消息面上，启明东方控股董事会宣布，将于2026年9月25日举行董事会会议，以批准及刊发公司及其附属公司截至2026年6月30日止年度之全年业绩，并考虑派发末期股息（倘适用）。公告由行政总裁及执行董事蔡昕玥发布，执行董事为陆肖马及蔡昕玥，独立非执行董事为叶长青、Heidi Verrill Pickett及黄伟庆。
