证券日报网讯 9月21日，四川美丰发布公告称，公司已完成公司名称的工商变更登记，公司名称由“四川美丰化工股份有限公司”变更为“四川美丰化工集团股份有限公司”，并取得遂宁市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》。本次名称变更不涉及公司主营业务及证券简称、证券代码变更，不会对公司生产经营活动造成重大影响。
