9月21日，天地数码（300743）发布公告，实际控制人韩琼606万股因个人离婚后财产纠纷被司法冻结，占其所持股份的42.88%和公司总股本的4.01%，冻结期限为2026年9月18日至2029年9月18日。
此次股份被冻结对公司的生产经营无重大影响，目前不会对公司的控制权产生影响。
2026年中期，天地数码实现收入4.78亿元，归母净利润6731万元。
