消息面上，9月18日公告称，公司近日与中原利达铁路轨道技术发展有限公司签订《铁路扣件系统零部件买卖合同》，合同总金额为1.78亿元，约占公司2025年度经审计营收的21.32%。
2026年中期，公司实现营业总收入3.87亿元，同比增长1.6%；归母净利润7237万元，同比增长12.4%。其中第二季度实现营业总收入2.06亿元，同比增长7.8%；归母净利润3305万元，同比增长14.3%。
