9月20日，“湾区升明月”2026大湾区电影音乐晚会在澳门银河综艺馆举办，来自海峡两岸暨香港澳门地区以及海外多国的百余位电影人、音乐人济济一堂，共同唱响全球华人“我们一家”的心声。
胡歌担任晚会主持人，开场用粤语跟观众打招呼。唱歌的间隙，胡歌还模仿起刘德华，清唱《来生缘》。王祖蓝笑称“从没见过胡歌那么‘浮夸’”！
