福建厦门公安网安部门查明，网民柯某系某乒乓球运动员粉丝，其多次在微博平台发布诋毁、贬损另一乒乓球运动员的帖文，煽动网民对立情绪，恶意拉踩引战，损害运动员个人声誉，严重扰乱网络公共秩序。
目前，属地公安机关已依法对柯某处以行政处罚。
