据新京报，9月20日，广西钦州一对中年夫妇生育13个孩子引关注。
有网民称，该家庭中丈夫因工作时受伤致家庭较贫困。
当地村干部称，13个孩子包括8个男孩和5个女孩，当地已多次向该对夫妇宣传过计生政策。
上述村干部称，这对夫妇种了20多亩地，同时家庭享受了多方面帮扶和补助，已是脱贫户，生活条件有了很大改善。
