【财华社讯】中原建业(09982.HK)公布，刘德彬已获委任为非执行董事及董事会主席，自2026年9月18日起生效。育明已获委任公司首席财务官；公司公司秘书；及授权代表，均自2026年9月18日起生效。
董事会进一步宣布，王军不再担任公司授权代表，而执行董事王凯已获委任为根据上市规则第3.05条规定公司授权代表，均自2026年9月18日起生效。
