1991年，万梓良身披红字抗议TVB，为底层艺人争取权益。镜头下，他全身白衣，衣服和裤子上用红笔写满标语，手上戴着白色手套，仰头神情坚定，在TVB大楼公开抗议。
当年TVB剧集拍摄工期极度紧张，剧组人员长期超负荷运转，每日休息时间仅有3小时，身心透支严重。多次沟通诉求无果后，万梓良选择以这种公开方式发声，标语里“祈求鸡毛司令赐厂期”，是委婉诉求延长拍摄周期。
