9月19日，中国汽车动力电池产业创新联盟理事长、中国汽车芯片产业创新战略联盟联席理事长董扬在2026中国汽车产业发展（泰达）国际论坛上建议，反“内卷”应常态化、制度化。“企业绝不要做‘内卷’的出头鸟，多做稳定产品价格、完善产业链的事。”董扬称。
在融合发展方面，董扬直言不太赞成中国车企走全栈自研路线，主张通过结成战略伙伴的方式来发展。
