绍兴谢女士在健身房发现，店长朱某未经允许将女会员的瑜伽照、游泳照发到朋友圈，用作宣传，其中就包括她的照片。她要求删除被拒并遭屏蔽，报警后民警明确告知未经授权不得商用，店长才删除。事后店长反要她公开道歉，门店狡辩称是背影不算偷拍。
