光大证券总裁刘秋明辞任

9月18日晚间，光大证券公告，公司董事会于当日收到公司执行董事、总裁刘秋明的辞任报告。因任期原因，刘秋明辞去公司执行董事、董事会战略与可持续发展委员会委员和总裁等职务。辞任后，刘秋明不再担任公司法定代表人。

光大证券表示，公司对刘秋明先生任职期间所做的贡献表示感谢。公司将按照相关规定履行新任董事的选举程序和新任总裁、法定代表人的选聘工作。

据了解，刘秋明因个人原因到期不再续签，如期终止劳动关系。任职期间，刘秋明聚焦主业、尊重规律，在公司党委、董事会领导下，光大证券较好地实现了历史存量风险出清、有效防控新增风险，公司经营业绩逐级改善、稳健发展。

履历显示，刘秋明出生于1976年，曾任申银万国证券机构业务负责人、瑞银证券董事总经理、中国平安保险（集团）执委、平安证券副总裁、中民投资本管理有限公司董事长兼总裁等职，自2020年3月起担任光大证券执行董事、总裁。

光大证券半年报显示，2026年上半年，公司实现营业收入60.56亿元，同比增长18.17%；实现归母净利润22.29亿元，同比增长32.45%。

分业务来看，光大证券财富管理业务集群（包括零售业务、融资融券业务、股票质押业务、期货经纪业务及海外财富管理及经纪业务）今年上半年实现收入35亿元，占比57%；机构客户业务集群（包括投资研究业务、资产托管及外包业务、金融创新业务及海外机构交易业务）实现收入9亿元，占比14%；投资交易业务集群、资产管理业务集群均实现收入6亿元，占比10%；此外，企业融资业务集群营收占比为5%。
