9月18日，泰胜风能（300129）发布公告，公司与金达资本及其他9位有限合伙人签署《合伙协议》，共同发起设立投资基金，公司以自有资金认缴出资1000万元，占比24.33%，基金主要投资于战略新兴产业和未来产业。
2026年中期，泰胜风能实现收入15.56亿元，归母净利润2045万元。
