人民财讯9月18日电，菲林格尔(603226)9月18日公告，公司拟以现金向覃早才、杨振宇购买其持有的南京克锐斯自动化科技有限公司（简称“克锐斯”）51%股权，交易对价暂定为2.14亿元。标的公司主要从事PCB（印制电路板）压合工序自动化设备的研发、生产及销售业务。
