9月18日，大唐电信（600198.SH）公告，大唐微电子此前就与武汉天喻芯片及模块采购合同纠纷提起诉讼，2026年8月一审判令武汉天喻支付货款1802.74万元及违约金175.68万元。2026年9月17日，武汉天喻不服一审判决提起上诉，违约金暂计至2026年8月5日为54.82万元。
