9月18日，宝莱特（300246.SZ）公告，公司此前披露拟与关联方衢州威固数智科技有限公司共同投资设立衢州宝威智存科技有限公司，注册资本2亿元人民币，公司出资1.5亿元人民币、占75%。本次公告称，宝威智存近日完成工商登记手续并取得营业执照，成立日期为2026年9月16日。
