大陆航空科技控股公告称，执行人员接获依据香港《公司收购及合并守则》规则22作出的证券交易披露，Weiss Asset Management LP于2026年9月17日订立衍生工具合约，涉及参照证券1900万股，到期日为2026年12月15日，交易单价为0.4775港元，对应关联证券9.56亿股。Weiss Asset Management LP为受要约公司联系人，交易为全权委托投资客户账户进行，最终由Andrew Murray Weiss拥有。
