格隆汇9月18日丨沪农商行(601825.SH)公布，公司收到《国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局关于上海农村商业银行股份有限公司吸收合并上海崇明沪农商村镇银行股份有限公司的批复》（沪金复〔2026〕666号），国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局已批准本公司吸收合并上海崇明沪农商村镇银行股份有限公司（以下简称“崇明村行”），并承接其清产核资后的资产、负债、机构、业务、员工及其他权利义务。
