9月18日，沪农商行（601825.SH）公告称，公司收到国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局批复，批准公司吸收合并上海崇明沪农商村镇银行股份有限公司，承接其清产核资后的资产、负债、机构、业务、员工及其他权利义务。公司将按批复及相关法律法规要求办理吸收合并事宜，督促崇明村行完成法人机构解散相关事宜。
