9月18日，信达证券（601059.SH）公告，公司此前披露中金公司（601995.SH）拟通过换股吸收合并东兴证券（601198.SH）、信达证券，该交易已获公司2026年第一次临时股东会审议通过，并获中国证券监督管理委员会批复。2026年9月18日，公司已向上海证券交易所提交A股股票主动终止上市申请。
