9月18日，万盛股份（603010）发布公告，股东临海市洛升企业管理咨询有限公司将其持有的865万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的12.60%及公司总股本的1.48%。
截至公告披露日，临海洛升及其一致行动人累计质押股份为4465万股，占其合计持股的37.77%及公司总股本的7.63%。
2026年中期，万盛股份实现收入19.68亿元，归母净利润217万元。
