格隆汇9月18日丨DYNAM JAPAN(06889.HK)宣布，于2026年9月17日，公司全资附属公司DAIL与SAIL订立飞机买卖协议，据此，DAIL有条件同意出售，而SAIL同意按购买价6520万美元(相当于约5.086亿港元)购买一架空中巴士A321-271NX飞机及两台PW1133GA-JM引擎(受该租约条款约束并享有其权益)，惟价格将于交付时进行若干调整。
