人民财讯9月18日电，9月18日，住房和城乡建设部房地产市场监管司司长张雪涛在国新办新闻发布会上表示，住建部将进一步完善以配租型保障房和配售型保障房为主的住房保障体系，坚持租赁补贴和实物保障相结合，以需定建，以需订购，推动地级以上城市及有条件的县城完善住房保障的轮候库。
