9月11日，四川省绵阳市安州区花荄镇骑手驿站，镇卫生院医务人员为外卖骑手测量血压。
当日，花荄镇卫生院开展“急救·关注新就业群体”专题培训公益服务活动，医务人员通过实操演示，对外卖骑手进行救护培训，提升外卖骑手应急自救与互救能力，同时为外卖骑手进行义诊。
