9月16日，西部陆海新通道骨干工程——平陆运河正式通航。通航后，平陆运河将开辟珠江—西江第二个入海航道，大幅缩短我国西南地区出海航程，改写中国水运网络格局，为西部地区高质量发展增添开放活力，在促进国内国际双循环、保障战略物资运输安全等方面发挥重要作用。
