证券日报网讯9月17日，遥望科技发布公告称，截至本公告披露日，公司及控股公司对外担保余额为80,792万元（含本次担保），占公司最近一期经审计净资产的比例为29.40%。公司不存在对合并报表范围之外的第三方提供担保的情况，也无逾期对外担保、涉及诉讼的担保。
