人民财讯9月17日电，广生堂(300436)9月17日公告，公司拟向募投项目实施主体控股子公司广生中霖增资，总金额合计5.87亿元，增资完成后，广生中霖仍为公司的控股子公司，不会导致公司合并报表范围发生变更。本次增资金额将全部用于实施募投项目“创新药研发项目”。
