9月17日，新天药业（002873）发布公告，控股股东新天智药对其持有的560万股股份进行了质押，占其所持股份的9.11%及公司总股本的2.29%；同时解除质押股份639万股，占其所持股份的10.39%及公司总股本的2.62%。
截至公告披露日，新天智药累计质押股份为4027万股，占其持股比例的65.51%及公司总股本的16.50%。
2026年中期，新天药业实现收入3.32亿元，归母净利润486万元。
