9月17日，福龙马（603686）发布公告，公司拟以现金支付方式收购福建环海环保装备股份有限公司100%股权，交易对价为2.57亿元。收购完成后，标的公司将成为公司的全资子公司。
2026年中期，福龙马实现收入26.08亿元，归母净利润1.01亿元。
