9月17日，新芝生物（920685.BJ）公告，公司此前拟以发行股份及支付现金方式收购北京清博华科技有限公司100%股权。2026年9月17日，公司董事会审议通过终止本次重大资产重组及签署终止协议，原因是交易双方无法就核心条款达成一致。本次终止不涉及违约，对公司没有实质性影响。
