9月17日，凯龙高科（300912.SZ）公告称，公司控股股东臧志成所持237.4万股公司股份已解除冻结，占其所持股份比例6.51%，占公司总股本比例2.08%，解除日期为2026年9月15日。本次股份解除冻结后，臧志成及其一致行动人所持公司股份不存在被冻结情形。公司控股股东不存在非经营性资金占用、违规担保等侵害公司利益的情况。
