9月17日，马龙现身北京体育大学，出席北京体育大学开学典礼，并作为博士新生代表发言，他硕士同样就读于北京体育大学。马龙白色白色文化衫学生气满满，一路与同学击掌互动。
根据此前北京体育大学2026年博士招生 “申请-考核” 制拟录取名单公示，马龙、谌龙、李雪芮、孙一文、傅园慧等优秀运动员均在拟录取名单之列。
