深圳市地方金融管理局朱江：深圳金融业增加值继续领跑，纵深推进深港金融合作

近日，由证券时报社主办的“2026金融机构年会”在深圳举行。深圳市地方金融管理局副局长朱江在致辞中表示，深圳金融业处在大有可为的战略机遇期，期待更多金融机构把自身发展与深圳战略紧密结合，共享发展机遇。

数据显示，在2025年增长12.1%的基础上，深圳金融业增加值2026年上半年增速达10.6%，继续领跑一线城市。当前，深圳金融业增加值占GDP比重达到14.3%，而且呈现出金融和产业的“两业融合”的鲜明特点。

“深圳已确立全力打造最具活力、效率的产业金融中心和科技金融中心的目标。”朱江表示，希望各机构继续扎根深圳、投入更多资源，紧扣深圳“20+8”产业集群和现代化产业体系，创新产品供给、优化服务模式。截至9月9日，2026年深圳新增IPO企业29家，融资规模超1000亿元，同样在一线城市中领跑。

他还提到，深圳毗邻香港，连通世界，是新时代全面深化改革、扩大开放的窗口，希望各金融机构用足用好前海、河套等重大政策平台，纵深推进深港金融合作，在跨境人民币、跨境结算、跨境理财通方面先行先试。目前，深港之间有八个不同互联互通机制，发展态势良好，诚挚期待与各界携手并肩、同向同行，共同书写深圳金融高质量发展的新篇章。

8月4日，深圳市地方金融管理局曾详解“十四五”时期深圳金融业跨越式发展的成绩单。深圳位居全国金融第三城，在国际金融中心中全球排名第9，金融科技实力位列全球第2。2025年深圳金融业增加值已达到5262亿元，同比增长12.1%，增速领跑全国一线城市，稳居深圳第一大服务业，对全省金融业贡献率超40%。

此外，深圳还是继北京、上海之后，全国第三个本外币存款与贷款余额合计超过25万亿元的城市。其中，存款余额接近15万亿元，贷款余额超过10万亿元。5年来，深圳新增分行级以上持牌金融机构超82家，截至“十四五”末，共有760家持牌金融机构，数量居全国城市第三；机构财富管理规模也从13万亿跃升至31万亿元。

彼时，深圳市地方金融管理局还强调：“在科技金融方面，我们的理念不光是‘给钱’，更是要陪着企业一起成长。”为此，深圳专门为“20+8”产业集群打造了阶梯式创投基金体系，引导流动资本变成“耐心资本”、长期资本，愿意投早、投小、投硬科技。未来还要进一步用好“家门口”的深交所、港交所两大资本市场，让更多深圳企业在“家门口”获得融资。
