永旺(香港)百货公告称，公司全资附属公司永旺华南与业主订立第三份补充协议，下调相关租赁处所的租金单位价格。余下租期内永旺华南应付租金总额（不含税）由约人民币495百万元减少至约人民币359百万元。原有安排的其他条款维持不变。
