格隆汇9月16日丨豫园股份(600655.SH)公布，公司董事会于近日收到执行总裁、CFO邹超的书面辞职报告，邹超鉴于工作调整原因，辞去执行总裁、CFO等职务。经公司董事会审议通过，聘任杨琴为公司CFO，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至公司第十二届董事会任期届满之日止。
