格隆汇9月16日丨新朋股份(002328.SZ)公布，公司与上海正心谷投资管理有限公司（简称“正心谷”）签署了《宁波智兴悦恒创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）有限合伙合同》，公司作为有限合伙人以自有资金投资宁波智兴悦恒创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）（简称“宁波智兴”或“本合伙企业”），公司拟出资10,000万元参与认购宁波智兴的基金份额，截至本公告披露日，宁波智兴仍在募集中。
