9月15日，锦州金融监管分局行政处罚信息公示列表显示，中国人民财产保险股份有限公司锦州市分公司因财务数据不真实、将直销业务虚构为代理业务套取费用、代理人培训管理不到位被责令改正，给予警告，并处罚款合计44万元。责任人周某被警告，并处罚款合计9.5万元。
