格隆汇9月16日丨建业地产(00832.HK)公告，2026年8月份，集团取得物业合同销售额人民币5.72亿元，同比减少为12.9%；合同销售建筑面积93,663平方米，同比减少为7.3%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,107元，同比减少为6.1%。
截至2026年8月31日止8个月，集团已取得物业合同销售总额人民币47.94亿元，同比减少为14.7%；总合同销售建筑面积724,658平方米，同比减少为18.6%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,616元，同比增加为4.7%。
