【维他奶国际：9月16日回购62.6万股股份】 维他奶国际公告称，公司于2026年9月16日在香港联交所回购62.6万股普通股，每股回购价区间为6.49港元，付出总金额约408.13万港元，所购股份拟注销。本次回购基于2026年8月24日通过的回购授权，该授权可回购股份上限为1.02亿股，截至目前累计已回购345万股，占授权通过日已发行股份的0.339%。回购后新股发行等事项暂止期截至2026年10月16日。
