【中星集团控股：9月16日回购11.6万股股份拟注销】 中星集团控股公告称，2026年9月16日，公司于港交所回购股份116,000股，每股回购价区间为5.50港元-5.54港元，合计付出639,940港元，所购股份拟注销。公司购回授权于2026年8月19日获通过，可回购股份总数为57,374,203股，截至目前累计回购2,918,000股，占授权通过日已发行股份（不含库存股）的0.5086%。本次回购后新股发行等事项暂止期截至2026年10月16日。
