9月16日，星源卓镁（301398.SZ）公告，公司董事会于2026年9月15日审议通过议案，同意由全资子公司星源卓镁（宁波奉化）技术有限公司在奉化经济开发区投资建设轻量化精密结构件智能制造项目（暂定），预计总投资不超过2.8亿元，其中固定资产投资不超过2.68亿元。
