脉脉高聘人才智库发布的报告显示，2026年1-7月，脉脉平台新经济行业新发AI岗位量同比增长789.47%。新发AI岗位平均月薪达到63160元，较去年同期的61474元上涨2.74%。
从扩招速度看，FDE/现场部署工程师岗位量同比增长1522.73%，位居AI技术类扩招岗位榜首，非技术岗位中，AI产品经理岗位量同比增长120.54%，位居首位。
