9月15日，据 The Information 报道，英伟达、Palantir、Booz Allen Hamilton 三家美国大型企业已限制或切断员工对 Anthropic 先进模型的使用：英伟达把 Anthropic 模型的适用范围限定在开源软件等低敏感度任务，供应链监控等敏感内部项目改用自研 Nemotron 模型；Palantir 要求 Anthropic 提供不可撤销的”零数据留存（ZDR）”保证，否则不会在自家软件中把 Claude 开放给客户；Booz Allen 禁止员工在涉及专有数据的网络安全项目中使用 Anthropic 商业模型。
