航运界网消息，InterMaritime集团和总部位于汉堡的Carsten Rehder成立了一家合资船舶管理公司，旨在加强其船舶管理业务，并扩大其在德国和北欧市场布局。
具体而言，InterMaritime集团和Carsten Rehder成立了合资船舶管理公司InterMaritime Shipmanagement GmbH&Co KG（以下简称“InterMaritime船管")，两家公司各持股50%，并将接管Carsten Rehder现有船舶管理业务，最初负责约20船舶的全面技术管理，并为更多船只提供船员管理服务。
InterMaritime船管总部位于汉堡，将成为InterMaritime集团旗下企业，以InterMaritime 船管品牌运营。
合作双方表示，合作伙伴关系旨在扩大其船舶和船员管理服务，并吸引德国和北欧的更多客户。InterMaritime船管将由Tim Lissow和Sven Kruse共同领导。
