格隆汇9月16日｜三名消息人士称，由于伊朗冲突导致海湾地区产油国原油供应减少，造成炼油厂供应短缺，运抵印度港口的俄罗斯乌拉尔原油相对于布伦特原油的溢价已跃升至每桶8美元，创下5月以来的最高水平。消息人士指出，目前运往印度的俄罗斯乌拉尔原油按交割价计算，每桶溢价约为8美元，而此前8月份与布伦特原油的溢价仅为每桶约1美元。
