9月15日，*ST美芝（002856）发布公告，因《珠海横琴华策国际大厦部分室内精装修及整改工程施工合同》纠纷，公司向珠海横琴华策投资控股有限公司提起诉讼，追要工程款3000万元及逾期付款违约金，并要求对其施工的珠海横琴华策国际大厦工程折价或者拍卖的价款享有优先受偿权。目前案件处于一审阶段，尚未开庭审理。
2026年中期，*ST美芝实现收入1.17亿元，归母净利润-3004万元。
