【易鑫集团：9月15日回购56万股普通股 拟注销】 易鑫集团公告称，2026年9月15日于香港联交所回购56万股普通股，每股回购价1.125港元，付出总额63万港元，所购股份拟注销。本次回购授权于2026年4月23日获通过，授权可回购股份总数为6.79亿股；截至本次回购，公司累计通过该授权回购股份1690.35万股，占授权通过日已发行股份的0.2491%。回购后新股发行等事项的暂止期截至2026年10月15日。
